  1. Make a list of props. Keep track of when you use them. Probably put them on a 3 year rotation. This is the time of year to raid Halloween stores, especially the day after to replenish your props. Throw away the chicken, never, just add a rubber pig.

  2. This is why there is a huge need for a way for kidmin leaders to have swap parties (or an online variation). This stuff can cost a lot of money, so you want to use it over and over, but sometimes the real value comes from giving it or trading it with someone else. I don’t even have a rubber chicken!
